Workout Wednesday: Stay Home Circuit

This week’s Workout Wednesday is a circuit:

-              Sit-ups

-              Plank

-              Cycling legs

-              Russian twists

-              Back Extension

 

Do all exercises for 30 secs to 1 min depending on your level. Repeat the circuit 3 times .
