Workout Wednesday Kettlebells & Cardio 2

 

We are lovin' these kettlebell workouts, time for round 2 girls! 

 

Do each exercise for 30 seconds as fast as you can and minimal rest between exercises.

Rest for a minute in between rounds - do 3 rounds.

 

- single arm press

- mountain climbers

- tricep extension

- full burpees
