Workout Wednesday Kettlebells & Cardio 1

 

Grab those kettlebells and let's do this!

 

Do each exercise for 30 seconds on and 10 seconds to rest/change. Build up until you can do 1 minute work and 20 seconds rest.

 

Do 3 rounds

 

- floor taps

- squat into back lunge

- single arm rows

- two squat jumps into walk down
