Workout Wednesday - Flow

Today’s Workout Wednesday is a flow. Try minimal rest inbetween rounds:

Round One - Sit Up’s - 1 min. 
Round Two - Add a rotation onto the sit ups - 90 secs. 
Round Three - Roll back, stand, two footed jump back to plank. Shoulder taps, two footed jump in and back down. 2 min.
