Workout Wednesday - Alternating Sit-ups & planks

Today’s Workout Wednesday is a flow.

  • Round One - Sit Up’s - 1 min.
  • Round Two - Add a rotation onto the sit ups - 90 secs.
  • Round Three - Roll back, stand, two footed jump back to plank. Shoulder taps, two footed jump in and back down. 2 min.

Try minimal rest inbetween rounds. Enjoy!
