What is ViPR?

Vitality. Performance. Reconditioning. ViPR is virtually indestructible, incredibly functional and provides a fantastic whole body workout. That’s why it’s used by Premiership football teams, Formula 1 drivers and firefighters... with that kind of backing, who wouldn’t want to get in on some ViPR action?

Why do KBPT personal trainers use ViPR?

ViPR is a great way to switch up the personal training programmes we offer here at KBPT. We love it and our clients love it because:

  • It’s great for both beginners and more advanced clients. ViPR movements can be regressed or progressed depending on your fitness level and training goals
