What is a triathlon?

A triathlon is a multi-sport event made up of three continuous and sequential endurance races, usually swimming, cycling and running.

How can KBPT personal trainers help with triathlon training?

Whether it’s your first triathlon or you’re looking to improve your time, we’ll get you moving. Many of our trainers have competed in triathlons and love to help fellow triathletes. Your personal training plan might include:
