Tabata Training

Have you tried Tabata training yet?  It is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, 8 times per exercise.  Have a go and try it.  You can use it for core, legs, arms, full body or cardio.  Try mixing it up so doing a couple of exercises for each body part.  I have had my clients doing it in their PT sessions and it is a tough workout, esp if you go non stop for an hour!
