How does the personal training work?
You’re assigned one of our fantastic female personal trainers. We’re all advanced level 3 qualified, highly experienced, results driven and down to earth. Your trainer comes to your home or a local park (e.g. Clapton Common or Clissold Park) for your sessions and brings all the kit you need (kettlebells, boxing gloves etc). Alternatively, you’re very welcome to train at our boutique studio in Netil House, Hackney.
