How does it work?

  1. You meet us for a free consultation where we evaluate your health and lifestyle and plan the best personal training plan to meet your goals.
  2. You’re assigned one of our fantastic female personal trainers. We’re all advanced level 3 qualified, highly experienced, results driven and down to earth.
  3. Your trainer comes to your home or a local park (e.g. London Fields or Victoria Park) for your sessions. If you’d like to train at home, you’ll need enough space for a yoga mat inside or in your garden. Or you might like to head over to our boutique personal training studio in Netil House on Westgate Street.
  4. We provide all the training kit for your session – kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, boxing gloves and lots more – and we advise you about kit for your own workouts at home.
  5. You get motivated, have fun and achieve your fitness goals
