Sophie’s love of exercise began at college. From CrossFit to triathlons, strength training to Tough Mudder endurance races, it was soon such an important part of her life that she decided to become a personal trainer.

With a background in catering, Sophie is also well placed to help her KBPT clients with nutritional advice.

Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre Natal Personal Trainer, Post Natal Personal Trainer.
