Sarah was always active at school. She studied PE at GCSE and A Level and was a keen sprinter and short distance runner. She then got the bug for weight training and did Olympic lifting before discovering HIIT.

Having taught PE and loving the way working out made her feel, Sarah decided to qualify as a personal trainer. She really enjoys helping people to have a better quality of life. Fitness doesn’t stop at the end of the working day and Sarah loves trying out new classes in her spare time (boxing, Pilates, yoga... you name it!). She has also done a 5k Pretty Muddy event and a 10k Race for Life.

Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Indoor Cycling, Les Mills Barre.
