We specialise in weight loss, running training (beginner to marathon), pre and post natal training, injury rehabilitation, cycling training, strength training and cancer recovery. Our founder Kate, who trains our clients in north Devon, is Level 3 qualified, results driven and down to earth.

How does the personal training work?

Your trainer Kate meets you at your home or at a local beach and provides all the kit you need (kettlebells, boxing gloves etc). Alternatively, you’re very welcome to train at our small studio in Braunton.

Everyone is different but we know from our clients that you’ll get motivated, have fun and achieve your fitness goals.
