Enthusiasm for fitness began at a young age for Sammie; she attended gym and swimming classes while at school and competed nationally with her gymnastics. It was a natural step to go on to complete a dancing qualification at the BRITS School in London and later earn her Dance Theatre Degree at the London Studio Centre Dance College.
After 6 years working as a professional dancer, she changed her career path and spent 3-years working in fashion styling. She loved her job but really missed having that ‘feel-good’ endorphin release she got from exercise every day. A career in fitness instruction commenced, teaching a range of classes, including Barre, Dance Cardio, HIIT, Stretch & Tone and Cardio Classes across London. However, taking the step into personal training has given Sammie complete fulfilment and has allowed her to work on a one-to-one level with different fitness types and accompany her clients on their individual fitness journey.
