Surfing at Saunton Sands. A Sunday walk at Baggy Point. Cycling the Tarka Trail. While our KBPT heart will forever be in east London, the coast has been calling. So, we’re really chuffed to now offer personal training in north Devon too. We like to think of it as KBPT-by-the-sea.

That’s right. If you live in Croyde, Saunton, Braunton, Knowle or Georgeham, we’re here to help you get fit and healthy! We’ve got a studio, all the kit you need and a decade’s experience in personal training – what more could you ask for?

Flexible training options
Your personal training programme is all about you so let us know how you prefer to do it. Want to train inside? No problem. We’ve set up a small studio in Braunton or we can cycle over to you and train you in the comfort of your own home. Prefer making the most of the fresh Devon air? We get that. You’ll be burpeeing on the beach or doing the plank in your garden in no time. Like to get active with a friend or partner? Absolutely. We offer two-to-one training sessions as well as one-to-one so you can share the highs of working out together.

In safe hands
Our founder Kate will be your go-to person for training in north Devon. A qualified Level 3 personal trainer, pre natal personal trainer and post natal personal trainer, she set up KBPT in 2010 and has worked hard to build the business and ensure her clients are happy and healthy – her passion for fitness is infectious! Your KBPT sessions will be focused, fun and full of tried-and-tested techniques to get you feeling fantastic. Kate is trained in Sandbells, TRX, Beamfit, Nutrition, Weight Loss, Functional Body Weight, Rehabilitation, Cancer Recovery, Kettlebells, ViPR, BOSU, Rebounding, Strength Training, Medicine Ball, Swiss Ball, Running, Boxing, Cycling and Sport-Specific Training.
