BOSU Training
First things first, it’s pronounced “Bow”+“Sue”. Now we’ve cleared that up, we have to high five this piece of kit. Half-ball, half-platform, it really does get our clients giving their all.
Medicine Ball Training
Simple? Check. Effective? Check. Use a medicine ball as part of your personal training programme and you’ll soon see improvements.
Rebounding Training
You, me and a mini trampoline. We’re not talking somersaults, but you’ll certainly be jumping around during your rebounding session at KBPT.
Swiss Ball Training
Hands up if you’d like to train using a big bouncy ball? Hell yeah. Seriously though, the Swiss ball is super-effective – whether you’re doing wall squats, ab crunches, hamstring curls or simply sitting on it.
