The KBPT Personal Training Studio
An unpretentious, unique training environment with everything you need
Working out is all about feeling good so we’ve created a personal training studio that is not only functional but also a really friendly and happy space. You have to see it – it’s unlike any other PT studio in London.
What is the KBPT studio like?
There’s none of that ‘dark basement gym full of scary equipment and a weird smell’ going on, we’re more about lots of daylight, colourful accessories and being spotlessly clean. It’s an unintimidating, motivating and fun place to work out – that’s really important to help you achieve results. Trust us, you’ll love the KBPT studio vibe.
Where is the KBPT studio and when can I train?
Based in Netil House, Hackney (E8), we’re open seven days a week so you can train before or after work, during the day and at the weekend. It’s a great location – just a short walk from Bethnal Green, London Fields and Hackney Central stations and on lots of bus routes. Plus, you’re only moments away from a healthy post-exercise snack or smoothie at Netil 360 rooftop bar, Broadway Market or Mare Street Market.
What equipment do you have in the studio? The KBPT studio has a soft-sprung floor – perfect for training barefoot and softening the impact on your knees. It’s a functional studio where we use lots of different personal training kit, including TRX, beam, medicine balls, Swiss balls, dumbbells, ViPRs, sandbells, resistance bands, boxing gloves and BOSUs. Our KBPT trainers enjoy going to fitness conventions so you can be sure you’ll be using the latest kit on the market.
How many people train in the KBPT studio at the same time?
We know how frustrating it can be when you’re bashing elbows with other people at the gym. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of room in our studio for three clients and three trainers at the same time. Sometimes, you might even be the only person training there – loads of space to do those mountain climbers!Getting here
