Kate grew up doing martial arts, ice skating and cycling and also danced during her time at performing arts school as a teenager. She moved on to the gym and running so it was no surprise when she gave up her career in recruitment to become a personal trainer, setting up KBPT in 2010.
Inspired by her older brother’s love of fitness, training in the gym has always been a big part of Donna’s life. After tiring of office life and years sat working at a desk, Donna decided to change her life and career path by embracing her love of fitness and incorporating her passion with her work.
Growing up, KBPT trainer Helen enjoyed ballet, cross country, hockey and swimming. She then took up kick boxing and running and, having worked in events and as a part-time Jazzercise instructor, she followed her heart and became a personal trainer.
Sarah was always active at school. She studied PE at GCSE and A Level and was a keen sprinter and short distance runner. She then got the bug for weight training and did Olympic lifting before discovering HIIT.
Enthusiasm for fitness began at a young age for Sammie; she attended gym and swimming classes while at school and competed nationally with her gymnastics.
Lauren grew up in the US and and played Division One lacrosse until an injury meant she had to change paths. She came to London for drama school and had a successful acting career before becoming a personal trainer and joining KBPT.
After 15 years of success as a professional dancer, Lucy’s knowledge, and appreciation for the importance of health and fitness and its ability to maintain peak physical fitness for performance led her to fall in love with yoga and the power of fitness.
Living in Spain and working as an accountant, Eva decided to pack up her bags and move to London,12 years later and she’s still here, thankfully, our weather didn’t put her off!
