Kate grew up doing martial arts, ice skating and cycling and also danced during her time at performing arts school as a teenager. She moved on to the gym and running so it was no surprise when she gave up her career in recruitment to become a personal trainer, setting up KBPT in 2010.
Always sporty, Eleanor started boxing at the age of 15. When she left school, she took up running, swimming and going to the gym and, 10 years ago, she got into strength training. She now runs, swims, plays netball and does kickboxing every week.
Growing up, KBPT trainer Helen enjoyed ballet, cross country, hockey and swimming. She then took up kick boxing and running and, having worked in events and as a part-time Jazzercise instructor, she followed her heart and became a personal trainer.
With a passion for the performing arts, Hannah was a keen dancer and trained professionally in Musical Theatre. She discovered aerobics while studying Psychology and Health at university and, after graduating, she qualified as a group exercise instructor.
Netball, athletics and cross country were a big part of Hayley’s life at school. She also enjoys horse riding, skiing, long distance cycling and marathon running and competes in triathlons as a member of a triathlon club.
Sarah was always active at school. She studied PE at GCSE and A Level and was a keen sprinter and short distance runner. She then got the bug for weight training and did Olympic lifting before discovering HIIT.
Dancing was a big part of Kate’s childhood – from ballet lessons to an ABBA summer school to street dance classes. She also loved to swim and do gymnastics. Later, she moved on to strength training, spin, Muay Thai, boxing, Pilates and yoga.
Lauren grew up in the US and and played Division One lacrosse until an injury meant she had to change paths. She came to London for drama school and had a successful acting career before becoming a personal trainer and joining KBPT.
