After 15 years of success as a professional dancer, Lucy’s knowledge, and appreciation for the importance of health and fitness and its ability to maintain peak physical fitness for performance led her to fall in love with yoga.

Lucy used the art of yoga for over 14 years, to deepen her knowledge of the mind and body. She travelled to India in order to study their techniques and gain her 200 hours YTT, as well as teaching yoga in their community.

Alongside her passion for yoga, she trained as a barre class instructor and gained a certification in Pilates. Her belief in the power of fitness and desire to inspire and help others embrace challenges and achieve their goals, drove her to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. Lucy strongly believes that by focusing on correct technique and postural alignment, she can help you achieve long, lean muscles and a powerful, strong, yet flexible body. Her sessions are challenging, energising and of course - effective. 

Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, 200 hours YTT, Pilates Diploma, Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner Level 2, Optimal Nutrition and Lifestyle for Postnatal Healing and Recovery.
