A former ballerina, gymnast and national level athlete and baseball player in Finland, KBPT trainer Lotta started her career in furniture development and management.

Having previously taught aerobics and enjoying exercise so much, she decided to leave corporate life behind for a career as a personal trainer. Lotta has completed 20+ marathons and ultras, as well as several triathlons, and is a qualified running coach.
