How does it work?

  1. You meet us for a free consultation where we evaluate your health and lifestyle and create the best personal training plan to meet your goals.
  2. Your Level 3 qualified trainer Kate works out with you in your home, on the beach or in our small studio in Braunton. If you’d like to train at home, you’ll need enough space for a yoga mat inside or in your garden. 
  3. We provide all the training kit for your session – kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, boxing gloves and lots more – and we advise you about kit for your own workouts at home.
  4. You get motivated, have fun and achieve your fitness goals
