As some of you know, I moved to North Devon a few years ago. I love London with all my heart but the coast was calling and it was the best decision I ever made. My life slowed down but, at the same time, I felt re-energised and more motivated than ever. I cycle everywhere and enjoy hiking the Tarka Trail. In the summer, I surf and do yoga on the beach. I soon realised, I have to share this amazing place with other people!
My mantra for KBPT has always been about balance. I know this can be really difficult when you have a full-on job and busy home life. But what if you could take a weekend away and set the reset button on your life? Over the last three years, I’ve been hatching a plan – to provide fitness retreats that you can design to suit your needs. I’m so excited that our first Sand Sea Spa retreat will take place in May 2022!
So, what can you expect on your retreat?
We’ll be running the retreats over various weekends between May and November 2022 (the best months to enjoy North Devon). Think gentle yoga session followed by an invigorating surf lesson… or bracing coastal walk then a relaxing spa treatment… Our mix and match menu of activities means you can design your own retreat.
