As some of you may know three years ago I gave up my flat in Hackney and moved to Braunton in North Devon.  The process of relocating has been gradual first renting a friends spare room, then my own flat and now I am settled in a house with my boyfriend so it looks like I am staying!

I am really pleased to announce I am launching KBPT two – KBPT by the sea.  I have fallen in love with this stunning area and am excited to bring London fitness to Devon.  I have built a PT studio in Braunton in the same style of KBPT Hackney – sprung floors, functional kit and an unintimidating atmosphere.  It will also be a mobile business covering Braunton, Knowle, Saunton, Croyde and Georgeham if clients want to train at home.

We are female trainers and cover the following specialisms; weight loss, pre and post natal, strength training, rehabilitation, nutritional advice, running training, cycling training, cancer recovery, sports specific, kettlebells, TRX, boxing, sandbells, bosu, vipr, medicine ball trianing, beamfit and swissball training.

KBPT will also be teaching weekly classes at Source Spa based in Saunton Sands Hotel on Thursdays at 10:30am so if you are a member please do come along.
