Dancing was a big part of Kate’s childhood – from ballet lessons to an ABBA summer school to street dance classes. She also loved to swim and do gymnastics. Later, she moved on to strength training, spin, Muay Thai, boxing, Pilates and yoga.
Kate fell in love with training and learning about fitness so, having always worked in jobs where she has helped people, becoming a personal trainer was a natural progression. Always up for a challenge, she has climbed the Three Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) within 24 hours.
Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer.
