Kate grew up doing martial arts, ice skating and cycling and also danced during her time at performing arts school as a teenager. She moved on to the gym and running so it was no surprise when she gave up her career in recruitment to become a personal trainer, setting up KBPT in 2010.
Always up for a challenge, Kate has completed the London to Paris bike ride, two marathons, the Three Peaks Challenge and the world’s largest obstacle course (she finished in the top 10% of female competitors). She has raised over £70,000 for charity along the way.
