2. Start your sessions

You can train at home, in Shoreditch Park, Haggerston Park or another local green space, or you can come to our boutique personal training studio in Netil House, Hackney. We provide kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, boxing gloves and other kit for your sessions and can advise you about equipment for your own workouts.

3. See results quickly
