Growing up, KBPT trainer Helen enjoyed ballet, cross country, hockey and swimming. She then took up kick boxing and running and, having worked in events and as a part-time Jazzercise instructor, she followed her heart and became a personal trainer.

A survivor of breast cancer, Helen has been the face of Race for Life and completed an amazing challenge – six marathons in six weeks (including five canoeing marathons in five days) for Breast Cancer Now and Cancer Research UK.

Her clients describe her as “supportive” and “inspiring”.
