Palm Vaults is Hackney’s hidden gem and one of London’s most Instagrammable places. Famous for its hanging plants and pink decor this is a fabulous cafe to come for breakfast. Offering delicious açai bowls , avocado on toast , vegan banana bread and sandwiches.

Wave is a newbie in Hackney Central serving up all things vegan including the prettiest açai and Bircher bowls. For the sweet tooth there is blueberry and coconut pancakes or for more savoury foodies the mushroom sausage roll might do it. There is also an awesome outdoor garden area which is great to enjoy your healthy food in the sunshine.

The Vincent is an all day dining mediterranean restaurant with a the laid back atmosphere. Within minutes from Hackney Central station you can find salads, sourdough toast with toppings like avocado, roasted tomatoes and beans. You could also try 3 different types of baked eggs. YUM.

Pacific Social Club is a quirky cafe/bar with a vintage vibe offering an original cafe menu. Located in the heart of  Hackney Central this is a cool spot to grab a coffee or come for lunch. Whilst popular for their toasties on the menu you can also find granola, a black bean and avocado salad along with cakes and juices! Furry friends are also welcome.

Temple of Hackney is a naughtier option, but hey everything in moderation right? This vegan takeaway joint is taking Hackney by storm with its vegan twist on burgers. Recreating burgers to be 100% vegan this is a must try place, however it is very popular so be prepared to queue.
