You can train with our founder Kate, a qualified Level 3 personal trainer, in the comfort of your own home, on the beach or at our small studio in Braunton. We provide kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, boxing gloves and other kit for your sessions and can advise you about equipment for your own workouts.
