Foodie Friday: Valentines chocolate strawberries.

Ingredients:
200g fresh strawberries

150g chocolate chips 

Method:

Step 1. Wash strawberries

Step 2. Melt the chocolate in a pan over low-heat. Stir regularly until chocolate is melted then take off heat.

Step 3. Dip strawberries into chocolate and coat about 3/4 up. 

Step 4. Place on baking paper on a tray.

Step 5. Freeze for 30 minutes or leave in the fridge overnight.
