Foodie Friday-Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

250grams turkey mince

1/2 brown onion ( chopped)

1/4 bread crumbs

2 egg whites ( blended)

Slices tomato

1/4 avocado

Handful of spinach

Sliced red onion

Burger bun ( your choice)

Method:

Step 1.In a bowl mix mince, onion, bread crumbs and egg whites together.Form patties ( 1 cm thick).

Step 2. Add oil olive in a pan over med heat and cook patties for 6-8 minutes or until cooked.

Step 3. Toast the bun on grill for a few minutes.

Step 4. Once patties are cooked add all ingredients onto bun and ENJOY!
