Foodie Friday: The ultimate breakfast smoothie with banana, oats, dates, berries, oat milk and MATCHA powder for a boost of energy!

Blend together 1 banana, 30g oats, 1/2 mug frozen berries, 1 mug oat milk (or other liquid), 4 dates for sweetness, 1 tsp matcha (optional). Add extra water/oat milk to get the consistency you enjoy!IMG_8433
