Foodie Friday: Sweet potato and potato gratin

Ingredients:

3 sweet potatoes

3 potatoes

1 brown onion

Paprika

200ml double cream

Cheese to sprinkle on the top

 

Method:

Step 1. Pre heat oven to 200 fan force.

Step 2. Peel all potatoes and slice into thin slices.

Step 3. Peel and chop onion.

Step 4. Layer sweet potato then on top, add paprika, onion and then the next layer potato. Keep rotating until finished.

Step 5. Add double cream and put in the oven for 40 minutes.

Step 6. Add cheese on top if you wish and then cook a further 15 minutes.
