Foodie Friday: Super Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

 

Handful of raspberries 

Handful of blueberries

Handful of strawberries 

1 cup of oat milk (or milk of choice)

 

Method:

 

Step 1. Wash and chop all fruit. 

Step 2. In a blender, mix fruit and milk until smooth. 

Step 3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
