Foodie Friday: Strawberry ice lollies.

Ingredients:
150g ?

90g caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

400g low fat yoghurt

Ice lolly moulds

Method:
Step 1. Wash strawberries and cut into smaller pieces.

Step 2. Place strawberries with sugar and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and crush the fruit.

Step 3. Next mix in yoghurt.

Step 4. Pour mixture into ice-lolly moulds and freeze.

Step 5. Once frozen take out of the moulds and enjoy!
