Foodie Friday: Spiced Cauliflower Tacos

Ingredients: 

 

1/2 cauliflower

1 sliced tomato

1 cup of slaw

2 tsp of paprika 

1/2 cup of pickled red cabbage

4 tortillas of your choice

 

Method:

 

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Step 2. Chop the cauliflower, place in a bowl and mix with the paprika.

Step 3. On a lined baking tray, add the cauliflower with a little olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until charcoaled. 

Step 4. Remove from the oven and build your taco!
