Foodie Friday: Spanish Beans with Tomatoes 

Ingredients:

 

1 garlic clove crushed 

1 onion chopped 

Canned tomatoes

Canned butter beans

Canned kidney beans

Tomato purée 

Spinach leaves 

Olive oil 

 

Method:

 

Step 1. Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil and cook garlic and onions for 10 mins. 

 

Step 2. Next, add tomatoes, butter beans, kidney beans and tomato purée. Cook for a further 5 mins. 

 

Step 3. Add spinach and cool until wilted.
