200g washed spinach
1 packet of smoked salmon
1/2 packet of cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1/2 block of feta
Step 1. Wash spinach and tomatoes.
Step 2. Peel avocado and chop into chunks.
Step 3. Cut cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta into small chunks.
Step 4. Place all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper and olive oil.
