Foodie Friday: Smashed avocado and tomato on toast.

Ingredients:

2 slices of multigrain sourdough bread.

1/2 an avocado

1 washed tomato

Red onion

Olive oil

Salt/pepper

Method:
Step 1. Smash the avocado in a bowl adding olive oil and salt and pepper.

Step 2. Wash and slice tomato and slice onion into small peaces.

Step 3. Place bread in toaster and toast until golden brown.

Step 4. Spread avocado on the bread and top with red onion and tomato slices.

Season with salt and pepper.
