Foodie Friday: Scrambled Eggs and Avocado on Sourdough.

Ingredients:

 

2 eggs 

1/2 avocado

1 tomato, sliced 

1 piece of sourdough bread 

Red onion for garnish 

 

 

Method:

 

Step 1. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl. 

Step 2. Over a medium heat, add to a pan and cook the eggs 'scramble' style. 

Step 3. Once eggs are cooked, place all ingredients on the sourdough.
