1/2 red onion
1/2 block of feta
1/2 sundried tomatoes
Step 1. Wash and chop all veggies however you fancy.
Step 2. Next, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray.
Step 3. On the tray, spread out veggies evenly and roast for 20 mins or until cooked through.
Step 4. Add chopped feta and onion onto the tray and continue roasting for a further 5 mins.
