Foodie Friday: Ricotta and Tomato on Sourdough

Ingredients:

 

Ricotta

Mix of tomatoes 

2 slices of sourdough bread

 

Method:

 

Step 1. Toast your bread the way you like it. 

 

Step 2. Wash and slice tomatoes then add to a bowl. 

 

Step 3. Add olive oil along with salt and pepper on the tomatoes, then mix around until even. 

 

Step 4. Spread ricotta on your toast and then add tomato, mix on top.
