Foodie Friday: Red cabbage 

Ingredients:

1 jar of red cabbage 

1/2 apple peeled 

 

Method:

Step 1. In a pan over medium, heat and add the cabbage. 

Step 2. Fill the empty jar with 1/3 of water and slowly add it to the cabbage. 

Step 3. Wash and grate the apple then add to the pan.

Step 4. Cook for 30 minutes or until most of the water has been absorbed.
