Foodie Friday: Quinoa patties.

Ingredients:

2 cups of quinoa

instructions.

1/2 cup of bread crumbs 

1 tsp of cumin

1/2 tsp of Italian herbs

Oil olive

1/2 tsp of parsley

Method:

Step 1. Wash and cook quinoa as per packet instructions.

Step 2. Let quinoa cool down then in a mixing bowl add spices and bread crumbs and mix together with the quinoa.

Step 3. With wet hands form patties and over med heat add olive oil and cook the patties each side for 5 minutes.
