Foodie Friday: Quinoa and tzatziki salad

Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked quinoa

Handful of sundered tomatoes

1/2 cucumber

1/4 red onion

1/2 feta

 

Method:

Step 1. Cook quinoa per packet instructions.

Step 2. Chop onion and feta.

Step 3. Wash and chop cucumber.

Step 4. Put all ingredients into a bowl and top with tzatziki.
