Foodie Friday: Pasta with pesto & veg

IMG_8272Foodie Friday: Healthy fast food! This pasta, pesto & pea meal can be put together in 10minutes flat. Mix one portion of cooked pasta with a generous serving  of pesto, boiled peas & carrots, a large handful of chopped spinach and rocket, pinch of chilli flakes, salt, pepper and a glug of olive oil. The carbs will provide energy, the peas provide protein and the spinach, rocket and carrots are full of essential vitamins and minerals.
