Foodie Friday: Pancakes with strawberries

Ingredients:

1 cup of coconut flour

2 tbsp coconut sugar

150ml Oat milk 

1 egg

1 tbsp butter

2 tsp of baking soda

Fresh washed strawberries

Method:

Step 1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. 

Step 2. Whisk egg, milk and melted butter together then add to the dry ingredients and mix together. 

Step 3. Heat a pan over med heat with some vegetable oil then add 2-3 tbs of batter to make a pancake and fry for 1 minute on each side. 

Serve hot
