Foodie Friday: Oat breakfast smoothie

Ingredients:

50g of oats

250ml oat milk

Handful of spinach

1 frozen banana

Method:
Step 1. Wash spinach.

Step 2. Peel and slice banana.

Step 3. Place all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth.

Step 4. Pour into a jar.
