It is also high in Vitamin C which is helpful to maintain cartilage and joint flexibility as well as supporting your immune system, your metabolism and your hydration. Wowzers! Add to that having zero fat and being high in fibre which keeps you gut healthy and happy, there’s not much that this superfood can’t do!
