500g of root carrots
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2. Peel your carrots.
Step 3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup and white wine vinegar.
Step 4. Coat the carrots with the mixture on the baking tray.
Step 5. Roast for 40 mins.
